Terms of use

1. What this is. The Thoth website at thoth.creaml4tt3.me, the web version at thoth.creaml4tt3.me/app, and the Thoth demo server at api.thoth.creaml4tt3.me are a free, non-commercial way to try the open-source Thoth project. They are run by Creaml4tt3, an individual in Thailand ("the operator"). The demo is for trying Thoth, not for important or sensitive data.
2. Who can use it. You must be at least 20 years old, or use the demo with the consent of your parent or guardian. By creating an account you accept these terms and confirm this.
3. No guarantees. The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind. It may be slow, unavailable, reset or shut down at any time, with or without notice. Keep your own copy of anything you care about: the desktop app's Private Space is the right place for it.
4. Limits. Each account may own 1 workspace. Each workspace may have up to 10 members, 200 pages and 20 MB of attachments (4 MB per file). Earlier page versions are kept for 30 days. Accounts unused for 90 days are deleted. Current limits are shown in the app, and limits may change.
5. Acceptable use. Do not use the service to:
   • break the law, including Thailand's Computer Crime Act;
   • infringe anyone's rights, including copyright and privacy;
   • store or share malware or illegal content;
   • harass anyone;
   • send spam;
   • probe or attack the service or other users;
   • get around limits, for example by creating many accounts.
6. Your content. You keep all rights to your content. You give the operator only the permission needed to store, copy and show it to you and the members of your workspaces, in order to run the service. You are responsible for the content you put on the service.
7. Suspension. The operator may suspend or delete accounts or content that break these terms, or when needed to protect the service or its users.
8. Reporting abuse. Report abuse or illegal content to creaml4tt3@gmail.com with the subject "Abuse report". Include the workspace or page link if you can.
9. Liability. The service is free. To the extent permitted by Thai law, the operator is not liable for any loss of data, profits or anything else arising from your use of the website, the web version or the demo server. Nothing in these terms limits liability that Thai law does not allow to be limited, such as liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
10. Privacy. How personal data is handled is described in the privacy notice at thoth.creaml4tt3.me/privacy/.
11. Changes. These terms may change. The operator will post changes on this page and update the date above. Using the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
12. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute goes to the competent courts of Thailand.
